  • Company-Supplied Parts Only: Warranty applies only when we provide the parts. Customer-supplied parts are not covered.
  • Installation & Parts Defects: Coverage applies to defects in installation or company-supplied parts.
  • Exclusions: Damage caused by lack of maintenance, neglect, abuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear (unless due to an installation error) is not covered.
  • Pre-Existing Issues: Warranty does not apply if the failure is related to unresolved issues that were present but not repaired during service.
